FAQ 2024

Frequently Asked Questions?

A . All the Displays, Interactive Zone, Refreshment Zone, Vendors are indoors or under cover. If the weather is a bit wet, just bring an umbrella for moving from the car parks to the building. In addition, if weather permits, there are some fun activities outside on the grass, so be sure to bring a hat!

A. Best way is through our Facebook page, which you can find HERE

A. LEGO® is a construction toy that consists of various sizes and shapes of multicoloured,   plastic interlocking bricks. The brick in its present form was launched in 1958  and those first bricks will still fit the bricks of today. Over 60,000 elements and colour combinations have been made over the years.

The building blocks are only limited by your imagination.

Come and see what we have done with them♥

A. Once inside the event, you can STAY, PLAY AND LOOK as long as you want.

You get to start your day when you want and can stay as long as you like once here.

At our first event in 2014 we had people lining up at the door and purchasing their ticket on entry.  Some people queued for up to an hour and a half.  We don’t want you to have to do that so decided to use the current online booking system.

You decide when you want to come, and from there you can stay as long as you like.  You can come inside to look at the exhibits, get involved in the competitions and activities inside, go outside to play some of the outdoors games, buy something to eat and drink, or pick something from our merchandise stall, or a new LEGO set and you can go back inside for another look or spend time at our brick pit tables.

You can stay for as long as you like, even head back for a second look at the displays at any time you like.

A. Yes you can, the staggered entry system is there to ease the long  queues from 2014, since then we have used this system and it works extremely well, it controls the flow of the crowds, you can enter any time in the 30 minutes after the entry time on your ticket.  It’s like a virtual queue and you know when you will get to the front.

A. Check your junk mail folder, search for the word “Bricktober”

A. All patrons are asked to exit the building at 4.15 pm so make sure you book your entry time early enough to get a good look at the exhibits.
